Donations can also be made to enhance our Therapeutic Recreation Department, Volunteer Department or Palliative Care, towards a special piece of equipment needed; or to a desired specific project. We welcome innovative ideas and gifts that will enhance the quality of life for our residents. We value any contribution and will steward your donation to ensure it has the greatest impact possible.

We are currently campaigning for pledges towards a new 72 bed personal care home to be built on a nearby residential site.

Park Manor Care is a proud member of the Imagine Canada Code of Ethics for Planned Giving and Donations. We were one of the first institutions to join and to achieve Code Builder status, affirming our commitment to ethical fundraising.

In order to facilitate necessary fundraising ventures, Park Manor Care is also a Registered Charity. Park Manor also receives an annual allocation from the Adventist Care Foundation, which is a charitable foundation whose purpose is to provide financial assistance to Seventh-day Adventist long-term care facilities in a manner that positively affects our residents’ lives.

The Pink Flamingo has appropriately been chosen as our official Campaign Mascot.
