East Park Lodge

East Park Lodge is an independent living, Seniors 55+ apartment complex located at 720 Kildare Avenue East next to Park Manor Personal Care Home. It is for seniors who live independently with minimal outside assistance from Home Care and family supports. Emergency medical services only are provided through a pull cord system located in bedrooms and bathrooms of suites and an optional wearable pendant that can be used anywhere in the complex. They are connected directly to the Park Manor Personal Care Home first floor nursing station.

Additional services include the availability of meals purchased through Park Manor Personal Care Home's kitchen at an additional cost.

Included in Rent: heat, lights, water, refrigerator, stove, curtains, carpets, laundry facilities

Not included in the Rent: telephone, Cable TV, parking, in-suite air conditioner, meals
